Dish for dry wine

Kasos gruyere, made from goat's and sheep's milk with a strong aroma of the island's herbs, matures for 15 months and, when ready, has the texture of parmesan. It has a mild, sweet, and not very salty taste, with spicy notes and aromas of milk and herbs. Kasos gruyere in combination with Kasos manouri, an excellent traditional Greek soft cheese made from 100% goat's and sheep's milk, with rich taste and unique aroma, can be the ideal accompaniment with Dry Wines.

The intense flavors continue with one of the most exquisite cold cuts, the Cretan apaki, which with its characteristic smoky taste has won over our hearts and palates. A very tasty cold cut that owes its special taste to the good raw material, the quality vinegar and the wonderful aromatic herbs of the fertile Cretan land. From the Cretan tradition we also have the salami, where the combination of fine Cretan meat with natural spices creates a salami with a unique taste and aroma.

The dish could not miss the cool cherry tomatoes, which add flavor and color, always grown on our own arable land and harvested one by one from our garden.

The black olives, salted in brine, give their own special taste. They are collected every year with a lot of love and passion from the olive groves of our family, following for years now the traditional way of collecting and preparing them.

The crispy role in the variety is taken by the rusks and the handmade breadsticks from the women's agritourism association "Oi Apolloniatisses", with a unique taste, all made with meraki and pure raw materials.

Platter with Kasos gruyere and manouri, Cretan apaki, Cretan salami, Greek cold cuts, cherry tomatoes, olives and rusks.
